Centrally located in the Theatre District, this 361,000 S.F. new construction building has a 659 room hotel complete with various amenities such as a 300 seat restaurant, grab and go eatery and gym facilities. The project also has an automated parking facility for 100 cars.
The building is an air rights building; we worked closely with the zoning attorneys and owners to modify agreements that allowed the client an additional 6 keys based on trade-offs within the zoning envelope between the development parties.
