The 141 acre site has a main house that functions as a meeting center, with two pavilions: one glass to serve more public functwions and a wood screened one to serve more private functions.
Most of the main house functions are an extension of the mountain top with a green roof serving as a plinth for the pavilion above maintaining the views on the site to the distant mountains.
